- 6 large Opera Abate Fetel pears, ripe
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)

- Peel and cut pears into pieces. Cook them in a pot till pears start to flake, while constantly stirring add cocoa and cinnamon and cook for a few minutes. Serve chilled. Garnish with whipped cream.
