  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  • Peel and cut pears into pieces. Cook them in a pot till pears start to flake, while constantly stirring add cocoa and cinnamon and cook for a few minutes. Serve chilled. Garnish with whipped cream.
