PEAR SMOOTHIE WITH YOGHURT, STRAWBERRIES AND GINGER

- 2 Opera® Williams pears
- 150 g strawberries
- 330 g creamy white yoghurt
- 15 g gigner root
- Nutritional values
- Clean the pears and strawberries, then peel and grate the ginger root.
- Put everything in the mixing glass and add white yogurt. Blend until liquid is smooth and creamy. The smoothie can be sweetened with brown sugar or honey, according to taste.
