Rustic dish with pears and Caciotta

- 2 firmly ripen Opera® Conference pears
- 100 g Italian soft cheese, not too seasoned
- 4 walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- White grapes
- Salt and pepper

- Peel and cube the pears. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut in small cubes.
- Chop the walnuts and put them in a bowl with the pears, cheese, and a few grapes. Add the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently. Serve in a glass bowl.
