Ingredients

  • one Opera® Kaiser pear
  • 40 ml aged rum
  • 50 ml dairy-free whipping cream
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

  • Blend the pear, mix the juice with the cream, and whip. Place the whipped cream in a sac à poche (piping bag)*; fill a liqueur glass with rum, then pipe a curl of cream around the top of the glass, starting from the edges. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
