PEAR SMOOTHIE WITH PINEAPPLE, PEACH AND COCOA BEANS

- 2 Opera® Max Red Bartlett pears
- 150g pineapple
- 2 Sicilian peaches
- 300 ml fresh whole milk
- 10 cocoa beans
- Nutritional values
- Clean and wash the pears, pineapple and peaches. Cut all the fruit into chunks and blend in the mixer together with the fresh whole milk.
- Finally, add the cocoa beans. The smoothie can be sweetened with brown sugar or honey, according to taste.
