  • 2 firmly ripen Opera® Conference pears
  • 100 g Italian soft cheese, not too seasoned
  • 4 walnuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • White grapes
  • Salt and pepper

  • Peel and cube the pears. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut in small cubes.
  • Chop the walnuts and put them in a bowl with the pears, cheese, and a few grapes. Add the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently. Serve in a glass bowl.
